Carriage Ride at the Plaza 2012

Wednesday night Becky, Bennett, Brooklyn, Brody ,and I all got together for a carriage ride on the plaza.  This is something I've wanted to do for 15 years now and I finally got to do it with some of my favorite people!  The night was perfect!  We couldn't have chosen a better night for a carriage ride!  Our horse Buddy was on the move!  We got to make a few laps around the plaza since Buddy was in a hurry!  5 minutes before the ride was over...Brody joined the ride! :)  He finally looked up and said....Bennett, look behind you.  It's blue, and green, and red, and orange. We all started cracking up.  The boys met us down at the plaza for dinner.  This is a moment I will never forget! 

The Polar Express

Sunday morning we got up and met the Peck's at the movies to see Polar Express.  Brody couldn't be more excited to see the girls.  We talked about the girls all the way to the legends.  Brody was not happy that Judd wasn't going to be there.  I swear this kid loves the Peck's so much!   Brody and I got there early to walk around.  We made our way into T-REX.  B absolutely loves this store and loves dinosaurs. 
Polar Express was great.  Brody did awesome.  This is the 2nd movie Brody has sat through.  I'm thinking we can take him more often. 

It's only December 4th...

And Brody has already sat on Santa's lap 4 times!!! :) 

 Yes, this counts as sitting on Santa's lap. Brody was so excited to see Santa.  He got up real close to said...Hey, that's not santa.  That's a alligator!  So we called him Santagator! 

Day 30

Today I'm thankful for having the most exciting life anyone could ask for.  I have the most amazing family and friends.  I have a husband who loves us unconditionally and a son who I adore.  I'm most proud of my son.  I love this little guy more then life.  He's the best part of my life and I so blessed to have him.  So, now we end 30 days of thanks!  I'm thankful that I took the time to do this!   

Day 29

Today I'm thankful for my husband.  Today we have been married 9 years and after 9 years he still knows how to make me feel special.  Thank you for not only being the best husband but the best daddy!  We love you! 

Day 28

I'm thankful for my next door neighbor!  I got home last night and my grass was freshly mowed!  We have the best neighbors ever!!! :)

Day 27

Today I'm thankful that we are back to our normal routine.  Vacation was fantastic.  Brody got to do more things then he should have...Like eat cookies for dinner, or drink chocolate milk all day.  These are only a few things Brody got to do while on vacation.  I'm happy that we are finally back to normal.  Brody is sleeping in his bed and morning drop off wasn't as bad as I had imagined!  Love that my little guy likes routine just as much as his momma!
