It's not bed time!

Brody has been sleeping so good lately.  The routine we have for now is working.  Brody was so sweet last night.  He always lays his head on his blanket when he gets tired.  I said...no way it's only 7:00.  You are not going to sleep right now.  I got him up and gave him a bath.  We usually take baths every other day depending on the temperature.  It's been about every 3rd day lately. 

Brody loves the bath.  Lately he wants to sit up and play in the water.  I don't usually let him play in the bath because he like to put his face down and drink the water and really what ends up happening is he chokes.  Last night I took the foam out from underneath him and let him go.  He was all over the place.  Back in forth from one end of the tub to the other.  He was trying to climb up the side of the tub.  He was playing with his toys.  He would splash the water with his hand and smile from ear to ear.  I called daddy into the bathroom to take pictures.  I didn't want to miss this moment.  Notice Mommy's hand is very close to Brody to catch you just in case he gets silly!

You are such a good boy.  Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you.   You are getting so big and gaining your own independence.  We love you very much!!!
