Missing the weekend!

We had so much fun this weekend and I'm sad it's over.  Daddy's game was cancelled on Friday night, so we all got to hang out!  Btody talks about Phillip the entire time he's gone.  He always says...Daddy playing baseball. 

Saturday morning we got up early.  Phillip had to meet Judd early because I needed new tires.  That meant Brody and I had soccer.  This works out better for me because I don't have to worry about two kids!  Brody walked into soccer and started kicking the ball.  One of the dads said he can't believe how well he kicks the ball.  He said Brody kicks better then he does.  I was laughing!  Brody is doing awesome at soccer.  He is listening to the coach and following directions.  He got two stamps this week.  He was told he could have 3, but he is just fine with two stamps on his hands.  I'm so proud of him! 

We went home to nap before we had to be back at All American for Dyson's birthday party.  Brody was excited for the party.  He kept saying, "Dyson's birthday party. Kick the soccer ball.  Play soccer."  He also didn't understand why the party was not at Brooklyn's house.  He just wanted to go to Brooklyn's house!!!   Brody ran up and down the field for an entire hour.  He would ask Judd to kick the ball with him and chanse him.  Brody also played with Brooklyn and Bennett.  He loves those girls so much!  He never came off the field once.  Not even to get a drink.   

We left the birthday party because Daddy and I had to get ready for date night.  We had dinner reservations at Cascone's with the Pecks, Maxwells, Paul, and Sara.  Dinner was delicious.  We left dinner and headed for the boat.  All 7 of us (except Phil) sat down at a black jack table.  First we lost Judd..then Paul, then Brad, then Sara, then Kelli.  It was just Becky and I staying strong!  We had so much fun.  Kelli came back to join and and we all ended up with a little money!   Judd and Becky had to be home early, so Brad and Kelli stayed with Phillip and I until almost 1:00 eating cheesecake and cookies! :)  What a fantastic Saturday night.  I couldn't wait to get up the next morning and get B!  I missed him so much!  Brody was still in his pj's at 8:30.  He was stilling on Grandpa's lap watching the Wizard of Oz.  Brody had so much fun spending the night with Grandpa and Grandma. 

Sunday we all got together for Dad and Scooby's birthday.  Everyone come over including the Denton's.  The house was packed because of the weather, but the kids had fun when it wasn't raining.  We all hung out side for the most part.  Dinner was delicious.  My dad can make the best ribs!!!
